Vehicle attendant (Full Time)
Straightline Chevrolet Buick GMC is seeking a full time vehicle attendant for our growing team. Our goal is to provide a genuine, fun and memorable experience when purchasing a new or used vehicle.

We are seeking an outgoing, positive, detail oriented, self-driven individual to serve in this role and to be accountable to support the Sales team in providing the best possible customer experience.
This position will report to the Sales Manager. The successful candidate will have an outgoing customer focused personality, able to multitask, an interest in working outdoors through all of our beautiful seasons, is bondable, has a valid driver’s license and is organized. Duties will include but are not limited to; lot maintenance, retail vehicle presentation, preparing cars for delivery to new customers, and so much more!! Training will be provided. Shift will be 8 am to 5 pm.

Straightline Chevrolet Buick GMC is in search of a Shuttle Driver for our growing team. We are a family-owned dealership with a GM dealership and an RV dealership in Terrace. Our goal is to provides a genuine, fun, and memorable experience when purchasing a new or used vehicle.
We are seeking a courteous, customer focused individual to serve in this role and to be accountable to support the dealership team in providing the best possible customer experience.
This position will report to the Service Manager. The successful candidate will have an outgoing customer focused personality. Duties will include driving customers to and from the dealership, supply drop off and pickups, lot and showroom maintenance, and so much more!! This roll is a great fit for someone looking to be out and about and build great personal relationships with staff and customers
A valid drivers license, and a clean drivers abstract are required.

Regular duties include satisfying customers, expediting the repair and service of vehicles, understanding, and explaining problems, assisting the Service Manager in resolving customer complaints, problem solving, dispatching of work orders and communication of work requirements to technicians.
Customer relations is the number one asset. A general knowledge of automotive systems required, all candidates will receive training and support in their role. A valid drivers license is a must.
